10 am - Felt a little hungry so I uncontrollably opened my office drawer and grabbed a pc of Royce Chocolate and the Baton Cookie given by a colleague.
11 am - Had a banana
1 pm - Finally lunch time, had a pc of Red Beannie Bun cus I was lazy to step out of office
5 pm - Recalled that I have a pc of Kim Choo Mini Rice Dumpling in the fridge so I heated it up in the microwave but I overdid it. The corners of the rice dumpling were hardened and so I had a really little soft part left to eat, such a waste, but it was free anyways so actually also not that wasted haha! Some more I decided to heat it up to eat not because I was hungry, it was just because it has been a few days since I received it and I thought like, if I don't eat it now it might turn bad before I have the chance to eat it? Idk. Me and my logic. Logic coming out from a glutton.
7 pm - Didn't know what to have for dinner but I found a cup of 四川即食冒菜 which I bought from my Yuehwa shopping spree in Chinatown some time back sitting in the drawer! So I took it out, added 2 pcs of cheese tofu, 4 pcs of pork balls and 1 pc of chicken frank followed by adding in all the seasoning packs and realised... the cup can't fit all that I've added into it. So I transferred everything to a pot and cooked it on the stove instead. Who knows, it came out to be a super big bowl of "mini steamboat". *facepalm*
& so... That was my story of overeating again. Wth.
I really need to learn how to control my diet and the portion, PORTION!! If I cannot control my portion, I don't think there will be anything that can help me lose all the weight I gained over the years. Sigh!
