TINY TEA TEATOX DAY 12 & 7TH ANNIVERSARY! ♥

Day 12:

Finished a cup of Tiny Tea before 10 am and then I ate a piece of Butter Sugar Bun from my current favourite bakery - DJ Bakery. Their buns are so soft and tasty and cheap!! I got introduced to this bakery by the cleaner auntie from my workplace, she recommended the Red Beanie Bun which only costs $0.60 from the Chinatown outlet but it is differently named - Roti.

After trying the Red Beanie Bun ($0.60), I tried a few other flavours as well, like the Nyonya Otak-Otak ($1.30), Chocolate Bomb ($1.20), Chicken Char Siew Bao ($1.20), Superman Chicken Fillet ($1.60), Chicken Ham & Cheese ($0.90), Kaya Butter ($0.90) and Potato Curry ($0.90). I personally preferred the Red Beanie Bun, Chicken Char Siew Bao and the Superman Chicken Fillet was not bad too.

Anyways, I steeped a teabag and drank it approx. 30 mins before my lunch time. I had Bittergourd Slice Fish with Bee Hoon for lunch and a bottle of Meiji Paigen Culture Milk cus I saw someone drinking on the street and it made me feel like drinking also haha! I'm always like this... Copycat one. See people drink I also want. Lol!

Benny came to look for me at my workplace after I ended work and we went to have the international buffet at Grand Copthorne Waterfront - Food Capital. Yay! Been super long since we had int'l buffet! There is an ongoing promotion for UOB Cardholders so we got 1-for-1 yay! Total bill came up to $87 for 2 pax.

If I'm not wrong, there was a beef stew in one of the pot and it was quite good.

You can't really tell what's in these pots from this #fail photo I took, basically, these are Chinese cuisine, like shrimps, veg w/ tofu, stir-fry pork and the last one I cannot recall what it is. 2 of the pots were white rice. So you're actually only getting 4 dishes here.

Sorry for the overexposed photo. These are Indian cuisine. Not too bad.

Can you see the Snow Crab Leg in the red pails?! They were good! Sweet and juicy. Yum. The prawn was fresh also. I can't say about the rest because I don't eat those. The Oysters were gone pretty quickly though, I supposed it were good? If not the people will not be crowding around and attacking the Oysters placed on the silver bucket.

I loved the fruit crumble! Wanted to go for a 2nd serving but my stomach really doesn't want to allow me to fit in any more food. Not even desserts. Yes.

There were also ice cream and sashimi + tempura counter but I didn't manage to snap shots.

I must say, the food was normal and as you can see, the varieties were limited. I wouldn't want to pay $87 per pax for this buffet cus I can definitely find a better quality buffet for around the same price.

I don't think I will go back again, nonetheless, it was a good experience to try new buffet places.

Ended my day with a cup of Tiny Tea after we reached home.
