Last update on my Tiny Teatox experience!
10 am - A cup of Tiny Teatox
11 am - 1 Medium Banana
1 pm - Black Vinegar Pork Trotters (猪脚醋) w/ half bowl of white rice
5 pm - Vanilla Swiss Roll from DJ Bakery cus Cleaner Auntie told me it was nice so I bought it and even though I wasn't hungry but having it on my work desk made me open and eat it up uncontrollably. *Facepalm*
8 pm - Yakitori Bento Box via UberEats. Consisted of 2 sticks of Chicken, 1 stick of Chicken Ball, 1 stick of Pork Belly w/ Japanese White Rice.
I had actually planned to skip dinner or like just have some fruits but then I thought... I had the free delivery for 3 orders till the end of May and it was getting to the end of May already and I only used once, so why not order something. Ya. Ok. That's my excuse. I just want to eat.
So ya, that's one of the rare days of eating so much rice.

After the above, Day 14, I totally went out of hand.
I ate A LOT on the following week. I lost about 2 kg throughout the 14 days on the Tiny Teatox and a slightly controlled diet but gained it all back in a week's time when I went back to how I used to eat. I didn't gain any extra than how much I was when I started, it was just like back to the starting point.
I just cannot control? Like I don't have a lot of cravings but I just feel like I want to eat something. Not just anything though. I need to eat something... Hot, salty or spicy, just... A cooked meal. I really cannot make it long enough with just eating fruits for either lunch/dinner.
I was telling one of my friend who was very into all these health and fitness stuff, is it I need to change my diet forever to really lose weight then she told me I need to exercise too.
Sigh!
Is it really old already? Like I always tell my friends, I have the type of body that even when I breathe I will also gain weight. Hahaha!
