2D1N Batam Trip for our 1st year together! ♥♥♥♥♥

Day One.


Woke up ard 10am, rushed to prepare and then set off to Harbourfront. Went to get our tickets from Batamfast . One person is around SGD40. Our ferry is around noon, so we went to have our breakfast, a super expensive economy beehoon. -.- Sooo, yup, after our breakfast we walked over to check-in!

Seriously, I find my photography skill not bad lei? Look like brochure photo right.. Hahaha!

& after like almost an hour, we finally reached! We were so lost when the ferry stopped at the Sekupang Ferry Terminal, lucky we looked around and saw that there are still people around and decided to stay on, if not we would have alighted already! They should announce or tell us properly beforehand.. Hmm, service needs improvement!

After we past the custom, where all the officers worked like a slow coach, we were surprised that there was a shuttle van from Harris Resort picking us up! Boarded the van and we reached the resort so sooo fast!! Haha..

It was soooooooo crowded at the lobby wtf.

We queued to check-in but check-in time was 2pm, it was only 12pm Indonesia time, the time in Indonesia is slower than Singapore by an hour! So we still got 2 hours to spare!!

Went to look around at the hotel exterior!

Anyone stayed at the Harris Trendy before? It seems newer then the Harris Resort. Both hotel are linked together!

Nothing much to do, so we decided to go visit the watersports area!

&&& we tried Jetskiing!!! Hehehe:b Our first time trying it! Choose 10mins, but the lady persuaded us to get 20mins-.- In the end I think 10mins was more than enough lor.. Cos at first it was exciting lah, but after we rode it for quite some time became boring liao.. :\

After jetskiing I was damn uncomfortable, because!! my Birkenstock was soaking wet!!! The receptionist let us check-in like 15mins earlier? So.. the GM brought us up to our suite! ^^

Booked the hotel through Asiatravel. We got this suite at SGD123, because at first, we had 3 rooms, but something cropped up to my friends last minute and there won't be any refund, so we told the receptionist to take the charges for both rooms for us and change our room to a bigger one! Better than to just waste the money and the 2 empty rooms right.. Haha!

2PM, rushed down to take the shuttle van service to Town! Took around 25mins, napped a bit and first thing when we reached!

Heard a lot about the A&W waffle, tried it and love it!!

This A&W meal costed Rp. 114,000 . Wtf. SGD16?! For 4pcs of chicken, 2 coke float, fries and waffle?! :\

We were welcomed by Teletubbies in Nagoya Hills. :\ Ewww... Btw why Dipsey standing in front! Should be Twinky Winky, then middle stand Dipsey and Lala and at last is Po mah! Stupid.

Went over to Batam City Square. Walked around and found something new! Bakso!

I will tell you, better not try it. Lol.. Nothing special. Maybe if you want to try new yummy food everywhere you go, BKK is the place. Other than that.. China/HongKong/Indonesia, my experience is big no NO!

Then after taking photo with skinnydoraemon, we saw something new again!! Fruit rojak!

It was already close to evening, we had to rush back to the resort to head to our Spa appt in the evening!!

We both chose the same massage cos Babylove copy me -.- Javanesen Lulur scrub and Indonesia full body massage!

Babylove is sooo damn funny, after our scrub he said he will skip the full body massage, said he didn't like it and went to the receptionist and requested to change to leg massage, but they don't have leg massage!! Hahahahaha!! End up he told his masseur to just massage his leg lol :'D

Super shiok after massage.. Esp the scrub, oooh the skin feels so duper uber soft and smoooooooooth.. Your hand will slide off if you tried to touch my skin. HAHAHA! Will definitely return for this spa! Me love scrub from that moment onwards. Haha..

Went to take a cab and off we go to Delima Seafood Restaurant. It was already about 9pm? Not sure. Not much people dining there.. :\

Chili crab! Rate: 4/5



Baby Kailan! Rate: 4/5



Tomyum soup! Rate: 3/5 this has a really strong taste I don't like it.



Indonesia mee. Rate: 4/5



Coconut. Rate: 2/5 cos no ice!!! Wtf.

















Looking at people fishing!

Wanted to head over to a night market, but our cabby said it closed at 10pm and it was already 9:45pm at that time. Decided to give it a miss and head back to the hotel!

Day Two.


Woke up late! Was already 8:30am when we went down to have our complimentary breakfast! Their breakfast closed at 9am. They have a lot of varieties and it's reaaally yummeh!!!

Me love baked beans and hotdogs. Hehe:b

So as you can see, they serve pretty much varieties, not too bad for a night stay, but if you're staying like 3D2N you might become a bit bored lah! Haha.. So I strongly recommend, 2D1N is enough, seriously. I'd rather be rushy than bored. :x

Went back to the room to get prepared and then check-out and hit Town once again!

Checking out took quite some time..

Took the shuttle van to Nagoya Hills again! Craved for some donuts!

Then had our lunch at an Ayam Penyet cafe.

Then took a cab to Villa for banana cake!

Regretted buying so much.. Sigh.. Waste money and food. Totally cannot finish! D: One box of it costs about SGD5.

Took a cab to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and went to Mega Mall! Bought 3 boxes of Indomie which has 60packets in a box! Hahaha~ Oh & a bottle of 1litre Fanta Strawberry. ^^

It was a torture to carry so much things with us.. Endure and walked over to Batam Centre to get our ferry tickets, then go all the way back to Mega Mall once again. Haha..

Before heading back Babylove bought a shoe, like finally. Mad chio! :D SGD50+? I think so..

Then I decided to have curly fries before we head back to Singapore cos the previous day that A&W outlet ran out of curly fries :(

Rushed to have our seafood dinner at Golden Prawn 933 and totally superb!!! Hell lot better than Delima!!!











Salted eggyolk crab! 1kg! Wtf. We had no time to finish so we takeaway the food back home. Hehe..

Rushed back and to our horror! Harbourfront Centre taxi stand was flooded with people. Went in to Mcdees to take a rest + on call. Haha :D
