Went to Karen's 21st birthday party last month at Capella, Sentosa. Haha I know.... I'm so slow!!! I just didn't really have the time to do so.. When I'm at work, the internet connection is SO bad, I just didn't feel like using my mbp, but when I'm at home, I only have my phone with me as I leave my mbp in the shop almost everyday...

I still went to work before going to Karen's party, reason being......... I really couldnt find anyone to work. So I resort to asking my Sis, who has never worked in the sales line before in her entire life until that day. Hahaha..... I can't possibly dump her in the shop from 11am-10pm right..... She doesn't even know how to use the cashier, NETS machine and where the stocks are placed at. I had to go along to the shop to teach her first before I left her alone and went for the party at about 7pm.
B and I cabbed over, then Karen's friend, Keen came to pick us up at the lobby and drop us off at a location nearest to the villa, which was actually still quite far... It's just quite inconvenient but it's really quite a different feel compared to chalets... The price also differs a hell lot. Wtf.... Haha...
While we were walking towards the suite, I saw Bestie, her bf and Liqun hanging around outside, so the first thing I asked was... "Why ya'll dont want go in?" ... Liqun was smoking, but the main thing was cus they said there're a lot of people inside which kinda scare me as well.. Haha..
Actually also not a lot la...............
It's bcus everyone was hanging around in groups, and most of 'em are BIG groups, thats why it seemed like there's a lot of people.. But..... I still refused to go in. :( Karen told me we don't have to remove shoes, but EVERYONE inside removed their shoes!! I cannot remove mine, I just can't......... :(
But in the end I also just wear my shoes in lah.. Haha... Cus when she finally finished picking up all the guests, she also wore her shoes in!! Hahaha......
Her theme was "Kpop night", but I think there was only a few who looked "Kpop"! Hahaha... Even the host herself didn't dress like "Kpop" lor please........ I also not "Kpop", I was trying hard to be, but I just don't look like one.. :\
Bought salted caramel cuppycakes from Twelve Cupcakes to the party cus I want to eat it lol..
Was kinda bored cus we didn't really have a space of our own to chit chat and catch up etc... Until it was the cake cutting time!!
Very pretty and unique birthday cake! I heard from Karen, she ordered it from The Icing Room! My Aunt is working there and she told me their cakes are not nice but Karen's cake tasted yums!! So I guess it really depends... Bestie also said it was nice.. It's was my first time trying fondant and I guess I can say I'm not anti-fondant despite all the reviews about fondants were that they are like play dough and tastes very sugary.. Hehe :b

Actually I never pay for it myself la... Haha.. Got around $50 she fork out herself one. Lol..
Oh, then I told the Bf to give her Hello Kitty film, cus actually she said she wanted polaroid but last minute when I called her to ask her smth, she said someone already bought the Hello Kitty instax 25s for her!! Omgzz lucky I havent buy lol....
After cake cutting, a lot of her dance friends left and thus we can haz the poolside area and then also the sofa!! Finally!! Played poker and took photos but............... I'm sorry to my Bestie, I think I lost the photos wtf..... It's not in my camera's memory card, it's not in my iPhoto, not in my pictures... I don't know where the pics went and I also don't remember whether did I sent it to Bestie before the photos are missing in action. Sigh!

This coming Sunday is Kaixin's 21st birthday party! A lot of things to do before and after her party as that's my only off day this week and I'll have to start preparing things for my 21st! Luckily my Sis is free on Sunday to help me for half day and the Bf will be back to tend the shop after going to Kaixin's party with me.. If not I really don't know where to dig out the time to do these things.....
