June 15 | JB 1-Day Durian Tour

Went on a durian tour with the Bf , my ex-boss and his wife together with 2 of his travel buddy . The Bf saw this JB 1-day durian tour offer on Groupon and kept going on and on about how much he wants to go . I was really uninterested to be honest . Haha .. I mean like ... I'm not a very active kind of person who likes outdoor activities and am definitely not a hard core durian lover . I do like durians but I'm seldom tempted to have them . 

At first I was telling the Bf to just go ahead with uncle , can don't count me in , I'm alright with it . But this stupid insisted I tag along 

(╯﹏╰） So I have no choice lor ..

Oh ya , it costed like S$49.90 per pax . I was really skeptical about it when I saw the itinerary . Seriously.. Nasi Lemak at mushroom farm then what bird nest farm then durian feast .. Doesn't sound interesting to me . During that time there was another durian tour offer which was going to a chocolate factory but !! We didn't bought it right away as I was still in the midst of considering whether I want to go or not .. Then ........ We missed it and can only get do with this bird nest stupid itinerary .... Not like we can eat the bird nest for free lol ...... 

I tell you the most infuriating thing with this Groupon !! After we bought this offer , a few days later the Bf went to check out Groupon again and he saw the chocolate factory offer .. Seriously ?  囧 

Okay anyways , it was the day for our tour and I went to sleep over at the Bf's then uncle came to pick us up in the morning to go over to the meet up point . 天都还没亮呢～

The coach bus kept us waiting for an hour ? We were supposed to be setting off at 6:30am / 7am (I forgot) but I remember the coach only came like an hour after our set off time and everyone there was really annoyed . The Luxury company was in charge of this but no one from the company was there and the office was not opened yet . We were all like .... 难道cancel trip? Hahaha ... 

After the coach arrived , some people asked the person who was taking names and giving out stickers and he said that the time which they were late was the time they were told to reach . What the fuck right ? Then they ask us to gather there so early for what ........

But as soon as the coach started moving , I guess everyone got into the excited mood liao haha ..

Looks like pokemon leh ..... Hahaha ...

After the tour ended, we asked uncle to drop us at the newly opened(at that point of time) J.E.M ! It was SO crowded !!

Both of us were starving ! And me being the more picky one when choosing what to eat , took superrr long to decide and the Bf got kinda annoyed . Ooopsx.. :b  Anyways , settled for Din Tai Fung in the end .

Hot and Sour Soup | 酸辣汤 ★★★☆☆

Nubbad but not spicy enough ? The taste abit too light for my liking ..

Erm .. I don't know what this is but after eating a few pieces of it , we were pretty damn sure we didn't order it . LOL ! ~\(≧▽≦)/~

Xiao Long Baos | 小笼包 ★★★★★

Superrr loves !!! So yums omg ... But I've read somewhere that xlbs are really high in calories . No wonder so nice la .. Most of the time , all yummy food are packed with very high calories one .

There wasn't much time left to shop after our dinner , so we just head back to the Bf's place and knock out after such a long day !  (￣▽￣)zzz
