Super backdated post since I haven't been blogging since ... March ?
I even changed my blogskin for this new start ! Hehe hopefully I will blog on a regular basis from this post onwards . Quite sad I went on a kinda long hiatus on blogging cus I have nothing to look back to !! Only photos to look at , cannot read like what happened and all .. Quite a waste, my life is really different now .
Ok , anyways .. I was really happy when Karen asked if I wanna celebrate her birthday with her this year cus I celebrated with her every year for like 2 to 3 years back ? And of course I said ok and proceeded with asking her what she wants for her birthday and since she already have everything that she wants and does not lack of anything , I have the choice to choose her a gift I want her to have as well ! Hehe ............... :b
Since I'm like damn addicted to Pandora during that time, not like I'm not now, but anyways I decided to get her hooked on it as well ! I told her about it cus obviously I need to ask if she will like it , she only said she didn't feel anything for it like as in.. She does not like/hate it. Just neutral feelings .
I decided to get her that even though she said she's neutral . Haha .. Cus I really can't think of anything else already seriously . She can buy anything that she want herself one, don't need to wait for people to buy for her . Lol..
I chose the present charm not because I'm boring like that okay! I wanted to get her the crown/tiara charm but sold out !! What to do ........ And I guessed this present charm can remind her that it is a gift from me hahaha .. No la, just really not much pretty designs during that time and I didn't have any more time to wait for new collection / stock replenish . Even the charm that I wanted also sold out -.-
Ok so I met her on her birthday day itself and we went to have lunch at Carousel ! Heard that it's not bad, but I guess cus we were there for the lunch so it wasn't like what I expected .
When I made the reservation online, there was this box to select occasion and so I selected birthday, towards the end of our meal, their staff approached us and asked which of us is Miss Koh and when I said I am, she came to whisper in my ears lol ... I thought what thing lor .. So it's the cupcake they prepared ! We were mad full by then, so I said skip the birthday song just pack the cupcake for us . I was really glad they asked first, if not they just come out singing the birthday song . . will be like mad paiseh please . Haha ..
Super love their chocolate fountain counter ! I forgot it's dark/milk chocolate and then they also have white chocolate and matcha flavour one !! Omgzz damn shiok one ... Very sad we were too full to indulge in these to the fullest , only had a little little bit :(

She's really a very very nice friend . I'm so glad that she and I can be so close up till now . It's a weird friendship with her though.. We're not close when we were in secondary school, but I don't know why ever since I left school, the bunch of girls which I don't hang out much with in school will ask me to meet up with them during their girls gathering . I am good with almost everyone of them in that clique individually, but I really seldom hang out with them in a group . Oh, not everyone I guess , the one I seldom talk to the most is this Karen Lee . LOL!
Amazing isn't it . I really have no idea how we got this close . I remember I once went out with her for shopping , just the 2 of us , very long ago , that's it . Then I remember , we got a little more close I guess , cus I got her a part time job in the same company as me , then we got even more close , but at the same time I was also quite frustrated at her sometimes at work lol , but that completely disappeared after she quitted .
Ever since we just got closer and closer . Until now :)
She's a friend who will not ask for anything in return no matter how much she give , as long as you treat her with her sincerely with your heart . Although this is a great virtue , I still think she will be at disadvantage if people want to take advantage of her . I've told her before but , haiya .. She is just so nice like this . Always so generous for what !! -.-
Ok back to topic, after lunch we walked around town and also headed to Bugis before she has to leave to meet her godma for dinner . Just so coincidentally I also have a dinner with my family . :) That's how our day ended and we totally forgotten to take photos together . Always like this one , don't know why we don't have the habit to take photos together haha ... But !! I took photos of myself after I got home!
